Today we welcomed the first batch of parents who have requested baptism for their children under the new scheme. From now on, these families will not be strangers on the day of their child's baptism – we'll have got to know them and they'll be part of the community. But this made me wonder how welcoming was our music. Apart from the new Gloria, this was all music the assembly knows well. But, I suspect, today's choices were not easily accessible for our visitors.
